The idea
Agoo Clinic started with a simple observation: small and mid-size clinics were still running on paper registers and spreadsheets, while the software built for them was either too expensive or too complicated.
First clinics onboard
The first version of Agoo Clinic went live with real clinics — OPD queues, patient records and billing in one place, built directly from feedback with doctors and reception staff.
Built for growing practices
As clinics grew, so did the platform: multi-branch support, role-based access for doctors, reception and admins, and automated email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders.
Security and reliability
Every account got its own role-based access and encrypted storage, so each clinic's data stays private and every staff member sees only what their role allows.
